2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We collect and process personal data only in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For details on our security practices and compliance posture, visit our Trust Center.

2.1 What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only through the following services:

  • Cal.com: When you book a call, Cal.com processes your name, email address, product interest, project details, chosen time and time zone to arrange the meeting. We transfer confirmed booking details to Attio to manage the enquiry.
  • getwaitlist.com: When you sign up for our waitlist via getwaitlist.com, we store your email address to contact you regarding our services.

2.2 Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Scheduling and communication regarding appointments.
  • Managing the waitlist for our services.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information about our offerings.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
  • If applicable, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in efficient communication).

4. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless:

  • You have explicitly consented (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • There is a legal obligation to do so (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • It is necessary for fulfilling our services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Third-Party Services Used:

  • Attio (customer relationship management)
  • Cal.com (appointment scheduling)
  • getwaitlist.com (Waitlist, LLC, USA)
  • Rybbit (website analytics), run for us by SCAILE TECHNOLOGIES GmbH, Jungfrauenthal 8, 20149 Hamburg, Germany

These providers may process data outside the European Union. For information about applicable safeguards, contact us using the address below.

Website analytics with Rybbit

Rybbit runs for every visitor without asking for consent, because it stores nothing on your device: no cookies and no identifier, so it can't recognise you on a later visit. It records the pages you view, the buttons you click, your screen size, your browser language and the page you came from, so we can see which pages lead to bookings and sign-ups. Each request also transmits your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by writing to us at the address below.

5. Data Retention Period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the intended purpose. You can request the deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR).
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
  • Right to erasure of your data unless legal retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR).
  • Right to restriction of processing under certain conditions (Art. 18 GDPR).
  • Right to object to data processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
  • Right to data portability, if applicable (Art. 20 GDPR).
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Germany, this is the data protection authority of your federal state.
